The aim of the Rand'eau Festival is to introduce hiking with different levels by organizing hiking and cultural activities during this period. Accessible to the largest number, whether seasoned hikers or families discovering it together. To access the activities, you must hold a Pass card, available in several duration options for your stay.
The Guides
All our guides who are responsible for organizing and leading the hikes are state-certified.
The festival ticketing system is organized through the Pass Card. The hikes are exclusively reserved for holders of the said Rand'eau Pass Card. Anyone without this card will be denied access to the organized activities.
The card is dated and personal. It cannot be transferred or resold.
The displayed prices are only valid for the duration of the festival.

The hiking program is available on the website www.festivalrandeau.com, as well as in a paper version which will be provided to you at registration or available for free access at the Amélie-les-Bains Palalda Tourist Office.

Levels
A level of difficulty will be established for each hike in the program (1, 2, or 3 shoes = easy, medium, difficult).

Rules and Safety
Each participant must respect nature, private properties, and basic safety rules. They must also follow the guide's recommendations.
The participant must be well-equipped for hiking but should also be aware of the need to be self-sufficient (water + food). If they are on medication, they must remember to bring it.
The guide in charge of the activity or the festival's organization may cancel and/or modify a hike if deemed necessary for safety reasons, in case of force majeure, weather events, or any other event jeopardizing the safety of participants. No refunds will be provided in case of interruption or cancellation for the reasons mentioned above.
During the hikes, if a participant, through aggressive behavior or by refusing to follow the guide's safety instructions, repeatedly disrupts the smooth running of the hike, they may be refused access to other activities.
Animals
Pets may be allowed on hikes under certain conditions and must be reported during registration. (Categories 1 and 2 are not allowed).
Image Rights
By registering, each participant agrees to waive any rights to images or other media created during this event, which may be used freely by the organizers.
Respect for the Rules
The purchase of a card implies the unconditional acceptance and respect of this internal regulation, which will be provided to each participant. They must inform the family members accompanying them, if applicable.
