(Catalanism combining the notions of «festivity» - festa - , «horns» - banyes, and of course «baths» - Els Banys being the Catalan name of our town), under this somewhat strange name hides the revival of bullfighting games without death, rooted in tradition.

It is not about "bull-pool," the games offered to the public each year during the first weekend of September, are codified and trace their roots in the history of the valley and the Pyrenees.

To offer a unique show, both artistic and sporting, every year the best teams from France, Spain, and even Portugal join the local teams.

On the menu: daring jumps, twists, angel jumps, and other high-flying moves over the young bulls.

This event is also an opportunity to celebrate to the sound of brass bands and enjoy a good meal at the Green Theater, transformed for the occasion into a true arena where only fun and the game are allowed.
