CHAPELLE SANTA ENGRACIA

Description

Romanesque chapel dating from the 12th century. It owes its construction to the devotion of "Sainte Engrâce de Saragosse", virgin and martyr. The church of Sainte Engrâce de Montdoni is mentioned as early as 1285, and in 1369 a monk was given the title of Prior of Sainte Engrâce.

In 2004, under the initiative of the local association "Sauvegarde du patrimoine", the chapel was renovated. On this occasion, a new bell was installed in the single-arched bell tower of the chapel.
